Acceptance and authority
These terms apply to visitors and clients requesting translation, proofreading, review, formatting or other available services. Sending documents, accepting a quote or paying for a service indicates acceptance of these terms and the scope set out in correspondence. If acting for another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to submit and use the documents.
Scope of service
We translate official, personal, legal, commercial, medical, educational, employment and property documents, subject to the language, specialism and availability of a suitable translator. The quote defines the files, language and intended use covered. Translation is not legal, medical or immigration advice, verification of authenticity or a legal interpretation.
Your source documents
Provide complete, legible files in order, including reverse sides, seals, signatures and attachments. Confirm name spellings where required. You are responsible for the authenticity and lawful use of the source. We may pause work and request clearer copies. We are not responsible for errors arising from unreadable or missing source information.
Prices and payment
Prices depend on length, language, complexity, formatting and deadline. Quotes apply only to the reviewed files. Extra pages, urgent work or additional specialised material may alter the quote. We explain additional charges and obtain agreement before doing that work. Work does not start before order confirmation and agreed payment. Any transfer or payment-method fees are the client’s responsibility.
Delivery
The timeline is confirmed after review and starts once readable documents and agreed payment are received. Missing information, new pages or delayed name confirmation may affect delivery. Electronic delivery is by PDF or an agreed format. Printed copies and shipping require a separate agreement covering cost, timing and destination. Allow time before your appointment for review.
Review and corrections
We review names, numbers, dates, amounts and key terminology. You may request correction of a translation error within a reasonable period after delivery. New information, a different source, changes to approved name spellings, new formatting or stylistic changes without an actual error may carry a separately agreed charge.
Cancellation and refunds
You may request cancellation before translation starts. Once work has started, the value of completed work or time allocated may be deducted before any remaining amount is refunded. Fees are not refundable after complete delivery unless the agreed service could not be delivered or a material error remains unresolved after a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Urgent services may not be cancellable once work begins. Rejection of a visa or application does not justify a refund when translation was completed according to the documents and instructions provided.
Embassies and receiving authorities
Translations can be prepared for embassy, consular and visa-centre files when required. Requirements vary by destination, application type and submission date. You must verify the language, certification and attestation requirements before ordering. We do not guarantee a visa, application outcome or that a particular document is required. Those decisions belong to the relevant authority.
Confidentiality
Files are treated as private information used to assess, translate, review and deliver the service. The assigned translator or reviewer may receive the files only for the required work. Client documents are not published without consent. Send only relevant information through official channels. Temporary copies may be retained for review and correction. These service terms do not replace a separate privacy policy covering analytics, cookies or other data processing.
Liability
We exercise professional care but are not responsible for unclear sources, missing or incorrect information supplied by the client, use for a different purpose, or alterations after delivery. We are not responsible for decisions or delays by embassies, courts, universities, businesses, government bodies or visa centres. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our service liability is limited to correcting a translation error or redoing the affected portion, not indirect losses.
Prohibited use
Do not submit forged or unlawfully altered documents, use another person’s documents without authority, request a translation that misrepresents its source, attack the website or submit malicious files. We may refuse or stop a request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect unlawful documents or use.
Intellectual property
Website text, designs, logos, images and articles belong to their owners or are used under licence. Do not copy, republish, sell or commercially use them without prior written permission. You retain your rights in the source document; submission does not transfer ownership.
External links
External links may help you find official information. We do not control third-party content, policies, updates or availability. Check current requirements directly with the relevant authority.
Updates and disputes
These terms may be updated as services, payment methods or website use develop. Updates apply when published. Continuing to use the website or requesting new services after updates indicates acceptance. Service relationships are subject to applicable Saudi Arabian law unless otherwise agreed in a separate written project or contract. Parties should first seek an amicable resolution using the documents and correspondence; unresolved matters go to the competent authorities under applicable procedures.
