After your transfer
Send the receipt and your name or order reference to +966 54 958 5700 on WhatsApp. Work begins after readable documents, the agreed payment and order details are confirmed. We do not need your bank password, card PIN or one-time verification code.
Cancellation and refunds
Before work starts, contact us to request cancellation. Once work begins, charges for the completed portion or allocated time may apply. Urgent work may not be cancellable after it starts. Please read the Terms and Conditions before payment.
